Rwanda Monitoring and Evaluation Organization (RMEO)’s mission
RMEO’s mission is to promote a culture of using evidence-based information for decision-making in Rwanda through fostering professional Monitoring & Evaluation practices. It has a general statute and a structure with an elected Executive Committee serving two years and can be renewed only once. There are other standing committees responsible for issues such as audit, conflict resolution, resource mobilization and capacity building.
