The Young Emerging Evaluators (YEEs) Learning Event held on 19 November 2025 at Gorillas Golf Hotel was a remarkable success. It was a testament to strong collaboration, shared vision, and the unwavering commitment of our joint project partners. Centered on the theme “From findings to learning and action” the event brought this message to life through a powerful blend of evidence driven reflection and youth led innovation.

A Special Appreciation to Our Core Implementing Partners

Our sincere appreciation goes to the RMEO Team, AfrEA, and AGDEN, whose dedication made the entire learning journey from evidence generation to collective action meaningful and impactful. Their teamwork ensured the day was rich with insights, participation, and practical learning.

We are equally grateful to our development partner the Mastercard Foundation for its steadfast support in empowering youth and strengthening Rwandas Monitoring Evaluation and Learning ecosystem.

A Day of Learning Insight and Youth Led Leadership

The enthusiasm creativity and leadership demonstrated by YEEs reaffirm the growing influence of young evaluators in shaping Rwandas evidence culture and evaluation future.
