The Rwanda Monitoring and Evaluation Organization (RMEO) is pleased to announce an internship opportunity under its Training and Mentorship Programme for Young and Emerging Evaluators (YEEs) to provide coordination support to YEEs under the MasterCard Foundation (MCF) and UNICEF grants.
The intern will:
- Support the coordination of YEEs-related activities, including trainings, mentorship sessions, and workshops.
- Facilitate communication and engagement with YEEs under RMEO, the MasterCard Foundation (MCF), and UNICEF-supported programmes.
- Assist in organizing events, meetings, and networking sessions for YEEs.
- Maintain YEEs databases and contribute to digital platform updates
- Support in bookkeeping of some accounting for YEEs related transactions and archive file updated
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Coordinator or direct supervisor.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be an active member of RMEO, Young and Emerging Evaluator (YEE)/Chapter and under 35 years of age
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business administration or Economics
- Currently enrolled in the RMEO Training and Mentorship Programme
- Demonstrated knowledge of RMEO and YEE mentorship activities
- Strong interest in monitoring and evaluation and youth development
- Excellent communication and digital literacy skills
